  • Seared breast of wood pigeon with toasted sesame & butternut puree, buttered kale & roasted hazelnuts
  • Our own gin cured salmon with pickled cucumber, horseradish mayonnaise & an olive crumb
  • Roasted butternut squash soup Served with our own bread. (Vegetarian)
  • Heritage beetroot with apple and celeriac purees, candied walnuts, Jerusalem artichoke crisps (Vegan option available)

MAINS

  • Seared fillet of salmon with creamed leeks, peas & pancetta in a beurre blanc sauce
  • Brodick Bar Scampi - King prawns & cod in Arran Beer batter served with peas, homemade chips & tartare sauce
  • Brodick Bouillabaisse - Lamlash Bay langoustine, salmon, cod, mussels & prawns in a rich shellfish bisque served with our own bread
  • Ballotine of corn fed chicken wrapped in Parma ham with a mushroom duxelle, served with medallions of fondant potato, kale & a mild peppercorn sauce
  • Roasted chestnut gnocchi with chestnuts & wild mushrooms in a white wine & cream sauce, Parmesan crisp & rocket (Vegetarian)

SWEETS
